The management of the Ebonyi State University of ICT, Science and Technology, Oferekpe (UICTO), has announced the commencement of the sale of Post-UTME screening forms for admission into its undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
In a statement issued by the institution, candidates who scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and selected UICTO as their first-choice institution are eligible to apply for admission.
The university stated that applicants must possess at least five credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in WAEC, NECO, or any equivalent examination in not more than two sittings.
Prospective candidates who did not initially choose UICTO as their first-choice institution have been advised to visit the JAMB portal and effect a change of institution before proceeding with their application.

According to the institution, the admission process is fully online. Applicants are required to upload their O’Level results, passport photographs, and other relevant personal information after completing payment through approved channels, including ATM cards, USSD, and bank transfers.
The management urged candidates to provide valid phone numbers and email addresses during registration and to ensure that all uploaded documents are clear, authentic, and accurate.
