The recruitment, approved by Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, is aimed at supporting the Ministry of Project Monitoring and Evaluation in ensuring effective supervision, assessment, and delivery of government projects across Ebonyi Central, Ebonyi North, and Ebonyi South Senatorial Districts.
According to a Public Service Announcement issued by the Honourable Commissioner for the Ministry, Chief Sunday Elechi Inyima, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Agricultural), Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, as well as Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Data Management, Software and Web Development, and IT Support.

For ICT-related positions, candidates are expected to demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel, and other web and data management tools, while relevant professional certifications will further enhance their applications.
The Ministry also stated that applicants with at least two years of post-graduation or field experience are preferred. Candidates must either be residents of Ebonyi State or be willing to accept deployment to any of the state’s three senatorial zones. Strong communication, analytical, and report writing skills are also required.
