Support for the re-election bid of Ebonyi State Governor, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, and his deputy, Her Excellency Princess Patricia Onyemaechi Obila, continues to gather momentum ahead of the 2027 governorship election, with party supporters expressing confidence in the administration’s performance and prospects.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Comrade Joseph Ugochukwu Onwe, described Governor Nwifuru as “an invaluable gift to Ndi Ebonyi,” attributing the growing support for the administration to its implementation of the People’s Charter of Needs.
According to the statement, the Nwifuru-led administration has continued to deliver programmes and projects aimed at promoting development, stability and inclusive governance across the state, while the governor and his deputy have remained committed to fulfilling their mandate.
The statement urged residents of the state, members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and other supporters to sustain their unwavering support for the Nwifuru-Obila ticket ahead of the 2027 election, expressing confidence that a united front would guarantee victory at the polls.
It further reaffirmed support for the continuity of the administration beyond the next election cycle, echoing the campaign slogans “FONBAT Till 2031,” “Nwifuru/Obila Till 2031,” and “APC is the Party.”
