The Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, FNIOB, FCAI, GGCEHF, has extended warm felicitations to the Honourable Minister of Works, His Excellency, Sen. Engr. David Nweze Umahi, CON, GGCEHF, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose unwavering commitment to public service continues to inspire Nigerians.
