The Ebonyi State Government has approved the recruitment of qualified health professionals to strengthen operations at the state’s newly established Diagnostic Centre.
The recruitment, approved by Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, is targeted at Specialist Radiologists, Radiographers, Radiation Physicists, Radiology Nurses and Biomedical Engineers.
The development is part of the administration’s ongoing efforts to transform the state’s health sector, improve access to quality diagnostic services and strengthen the capacity of healthcare facilities across Ebonyi State.
According to a statement issued on Saturday by the Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media, Leo Ekene Oketa, the recruitment will also provide employment opportunities for qualified Ebonyians while supporting the effective delivery of specialised healthcare services.
The state government urged suitably qualified applicants to take advantage of the opportunity and submit their applications before the closing date.
Applications are expected to close on August 30, 2026.
The latest recruitment initiative adds to the administration’s efforts to develop a more efficient and accessible healthcare system in Ebonyi State through investment in modern diagnostic infrastructure and skilled manpower.
