The Special Assistant to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Mr. Clement Nwakwuda, has expressed profound gratitude to the Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Prince Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, for his people-oriented leadership and unwavering commitment to improving the lives of citizens through the People’s Charter of Needs agenda.
In a statement made available to journalists, Nwakwuda lauded Governor Nwifuru for creating an enabling environment that has empowered public officials to effectively deliver the dividends of good governance to grassroots communities across the state.
He particularly commended his principal, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Works, Chief Nkwuda Monday Nnanna, for his dedication to translating the vision of the People’s Charter of Needs into tangible benefits for the people.
According to Nwakwuda, he recently became a beneficiary of the administration’s empowerment drive through the generosity of Chief Nkwuda Monday Nnanna and his wife, Hon. Mrs. Nkwuda, whom he fondly described as a daughter, for gifting him a Toyota Hilux van alongside other valuable entitlements.
The visibly elated aide described the gesture as a testament to the compassion, generosity, and human-centered leadership being promoted by the Nwifuru administration.
“My joy knows no bounds, and words fail me in expressing the depth of my gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, for his visionary leadership and commitment to the welfare of the people.
I am equally grateful to my boss, Chief Nkwuda Monday Nnanna, and his wife, Hon. Mrs. Nkwuda, for their kindness and generosity, which have made me a proud beneficiary of this life-changing gesture,” he stated.
Nwakwuda further offered prayers for God’s grace, mercy, protection, and continued blessings upon Governor Nwifuru, the First Family of Ebonyi State, and the family of Chief and Hon. Mrs. Nkwuda.
He noted that the empowerment gesture reflects the positive impact of the People’s Charter of Needs policy and serves as an encouragement for greater service and dedication to the development of Ebonyi State.
The Special Assistant reaffirmed his appreciation to the Governor and the Nkwuda family, describing the gesture as one he and his family would cherish for years to come.
