The wife of Ebonyi State Governor, Mrs. Mary-Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru, has expressed gratitude to God for His faithfulness as she celebrates another year of life.
In a birthday message, Mrs. Nwifuru said she was thankful to Almighty God for bringing her this far and giving her another opportunity to serve, love and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Reflecting on her journey, she described her experiences as a mixture of beautiful moments, challenges, lessons and responsibilities, stressing that God had remained faithful throughout the years.
“Ebenezer — thus far the Lord has helped me,” she said, expressing appreciation for her family, loved ones, those she had the privilege of serving, as well as everyone who had supported and encouraged her along the way.
The governor’s wife said she considered it a great responsibility and privilege to impact lives, particularly those of women, children and vulnerable members of society.
According to her, every smile, life impacted and positive difference made through her service reinforces her belief in the importance of purposeful service to humanity.
As she begins another year, Mrs. Nwifuru prayed for greater wisdom, strength, good health, peace and grace to continue serving humanity.
She also prayed for God’s continued guidance and protection for her family, as well as the courage and humility to do more for society.“I am grateful for where I am, grateful for where I have been, and hopeful for where God is taking me,” she said.
She concluded by thanking God for the gift of life and celebrating her birthday with gratitude and renewed hope for the future.
