Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru of Ebonyi State has felicitated with Nigerians and the people of Ebonyi State as the country marks its 66th Independence Anniversary and the state commemorates 30 years of its creation.
The Governor described the milestones as a remarkable journey of resilience, growth and collective progress, urging citizens to continue to uphold unity, patriotism and commitment to the development of the nation and the state.
In a message marking the dual celebrations, Nwifuru extended his goodwill and best wishes to Nigerians and Ebonyians, while celebrating the progress recorded over the years.
“Today, we celebrate 66 years of Nigeria’s independence and 30 years of the creation of Ebonyi State — a remarkable journey of resilience, growth, and collective progress.“Happy celebrations,” the Governor said.
